Senior/Pinciple Scientist, Biology（CNS）
上海 R&D1.Drive target identification and validation efforts to support the development of siRNA delivery platform
2.Lead and manage a team of scientists and researchers in the design and execution of siRNA delivery in the CNS and PNS
3.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and/or CRO to integrate scientific findings into the drug development process to timely drive drug discovery programs
4.Apply skills in drug discovery to assess the potency, selectivity, safety, PK and PD of novel molecules.
5.Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes related to neuroscience therapeutic programs
6.Provide support to IND filing and clinical development
7.Organize and maintain laboratory and train associates and/or junior scientists

1.Ph.D. in neuroscience or a related field. Post-doctoral training experience is preferred. Minimal three years of postgraduate industrial experience is a must

Portfolio Strategy Director
上海 R&D1.Design and execute in vitro/in vivo experiments to advance oligonucleotide drug targeted delivery and discovery programs.
2.Utilize molecular, cellular, and biochemical techniques to identify and validate novel therapeutic targets for chronic kidney diseases.
3.Function as an in vivo and/or in vitro lead to drive drug discovery programs from inception to clinical candidate.
4.Analyze and interpret complex data sets and present findings to internal stakeholders.
5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Chemistry, Biology and Translational Science teams to advance research programs.
6.Stay current with scientific literature and emerging technologies and disease models in the fields of kidney diseases, cardiorenal syndrome and related;
7.Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
8.Contribute to the preparation of scientific publications, patents, and regulatory documents.
Qualifications:
1.Batchlor or Maser in Physiology, Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years in biotech or pharmaceutical industry or CRO companies, with demonstrated track record in basic research and significant contributions to drug discovery or technology development.
2.Hands-on experience with preclinical models of chronic kidney diseases and molecular techniques.
3.Strong background in chronic kidney diseases and knowledge in metabolic disease and cardiorenal syndrome are preferred.
4.Good understanding and experienced in various biophysical assays and cell-based assays.
5.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
1.Familiarity with translational research and biomarker assay development.
2.Experience with research using oligonucleotide therapeutics (siRNA, ASO) and tissue targeted delivery strategies.

3.能独立完成细胞培养、流式细胞仪、酶标仪、MSD 等仪器的操作，实验数据统计分析。
4.熟练使用 office 等办公软件，了解或掌握科研绘图及数据分析软件，如 GraphPadPrism、SPSS 等。
生物科学家（体外）
上海 R&D1.负责动物组织样品药物作用效果的筛选，与方案制定人紧密联系，确认项目按时完成。
2.根据项目需求，对不同动物组织样本进行检测，包括但不限于 qPCR、WB 和ELISA 检测。
3.及时对实验数据进行记录和分析，按时完成实验报告，并对报告的真实性、科学性负责。
4.完成上级领导安排的其他工作。
1.细胞、分子生物学，免疫学，药学等生物或医学相关专业，本科 2 年以上工作经验，具有核酸药物研发经验者优先。
2.具备细胞和生物化学实验基本操作技能，熟练掌握 RNA 提取、qPCR、WB 和ELISA 等实验，具有一定的高通量经验。
3.熟练使用 office 等办公软件，了解或掌握科研绘图及数据分析软件，如 GraphPadPrism、SPSS 等。
生物科学家（体内）
上海 R&D1.生物体内部门动物实验报告的撰写和纸质报告的扫描归档。
2.受试药物的稀释方案的制订，药物稀释配置，药物浓度测定和调试与记录等。
3.对生物体内部门实验所需的物料进行准备，所需试剂进行分装。
4.对动物实验所收集的血清与血浆进行分装
5.积极找出实验报告中出现的错误并报告给上级领导。
6.完成上级领导安排的其他工作。
1.动物医学，畜牧兽医，动物科学，生物学等相关专业，专科（含应届生）。

小核酸工艺科学家（项目管理）
上海 CMC1.负责管理委外寡核酸CMC项目，包括工艺研究方案设计，方案执行监督和问题解决，工艺开发报告审核，工艺规程审阅，工艺批记录审阅，生产批记录放行，合格供应商审计，生产现场核查，配合关键物料采购等CMC工艺与生产部分的工作。
2.负责管理生产计划，按要求交付物料，协调上下游的进度。
3.负责撰写注册申报资料，协助完成申报工作。
4.负责寡核酸CMC工艺实验，包括工艺范围研究，工艺杂质研究等工艺性能研究项，起草研究方案，完成实验并撰写研究报告。
5.负责维护寡核酸CMC工艺开发涉及的设备，包括SOP起草，修订，培训，设备常规维护等实验室日常管理工作。
6.完成上级领导安排的其他工作。
1.本科以上学历，化学工艺背景，沟通能力良好。
2.5年以上化学工艺经验，熟悉有机化学的基本原理。
3.具备CMC工艺研发、生产管理经验。
